At Athlete’s Addiction, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where our trainers lead age-specific programs considerate of body size and fitness level. Whether you are just looking to improve your fitness level or are a high performance athlete looking for results on the field or court, we provide specialist advice and customized training programs.

Age-specific training programs

A holistic approach

Our youth athletes program is divided between three age groups: 8-10, 11-12, and 13+. Our post grad programs included collegiate and professional athletes. While our adult programs offer boot camps and personal training.

Many of our packages are equipped with access to unlimited training plans, individualized nutrition coaching, and tailor-made work out programs. So whether you want to increase agility or build muscle we’ll get you to where you want to be.


8-10, 11-13, 13+

Our youth athlete programs focus on the best types of training suited to each age group. Athletes can choose to train with a customized program, in a targeted class program or in a team training session.



Our adult training programs are created to suit any fitness level and help you achieve more. We offer tailored workout plans, private training sessions, boot camps, or complete fitness programs.
