Cupping
Cupping uses negative pressure to create blood flow. It can be used to break up scar tissue and myofascial adhesions, improve range of motion and decrease musculoskeletal pain.

Scraping
Scraping is used to increase blood flow, release myofascial adhesions, break up scare tissue and increase range of motion.

Massage
Massage can be used to improve circulation and flexibility, decrease muscle stiffness, pain and soreness, and for a quicker recovery post workout/sport participation.

Normatec
Normatec uses intermittent compression to decrease muscle tension and swelling and increase range of motion and circulation. Best used as post-workout/sport performance recovery.

Electrical Stimulation
Electrical stimulation can be used for pain management or decreasing muscle spasms.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound uses sound waves to target soft tissues to allow for deep heating or to accelerate the recovery process.

Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching allows for the targeting of muscles to get a deeper and more efficient stretch that can improve circulation and flexibility, along with a decrease in soreness and injury risk.
Additional Treatments

Heat
Heat can be used to calm sore and aching muscles/joints, increase range of motion, and warm up before a workout. Should NOT be used within 48-72 hours post-injury.

KT Tape
Depending on its use, KT tape is thought to help decrease swelling, aid in pain management, or provide support for muscles/joints.
