The gym for athletes, run by athletes


Our team of experienced athletes, sports scientists, and coaches understand there’s no ‘one size fits all’ method to fitness. At our Manassas location, every youth athlete’s program and adult training program offers personalized options to improve and identify any physical difficulties, including recovery workouts and strength building.

We believe the best approach to achieving your goals is a balanced combination of exercise and nutrition. Our aim is to help you get the best results regardless of body size, age, or fitness level.

With a team that holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in the Health and Science fields, as well as top national certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine, we’re proud to say our experts also include former professional and collegiate athletes.

Robin Colangelo

Robin has over 20 years of experience training youth and adult athletes. She was a two-sport Division 1 athlete in Volleyball and Softball.

Erika Davitch

Erika has experience in figure competitions and nutrition plan development.

Ronel has experience in team sports including baseball, basketball, and football.

Morgan has experience in personal training, softball, track and field, and competitive gymnastics. She is currently studying towards a BA in kinesiology and holds a NASM certification. Her specialties include strength and endurance, weight loss, general fitness, and outfield training.

Justin Kang

Justin has years of football experience, having played for teams Frostburg State and Lake Braddock, and holds a BA in exercise science. His specialties include strength and conditioning, SAQP training, sports performance, powerlifting, and adult and youth strength training.

Sean Belle

Sean has experience in NASM personal training and a history of playing basketball. After earning a BA in kinesiology, he’s now made his way to the athlete training facility. His specialties include strength training, speed, agility, and quickness, and sports performance training for all age and fitness levels.
