Our team of experienced athletes, sports scientists, and coaches understand there’s no ‘one size fits all’ method to fitness. At our Manassas location, every youth athlete’s program and adult training program offers personalized options to improve and identify any physical difficulties, including recovery workouts and strength building.
We believe the best approach to achieving your goals is a balanced combination of exercise and nutrition. Our aim is to help you get the best results regardless of body size, age, or fitness level.
With a team that holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in the Health and Science fields, as well as top national certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine, we’re proud to say our experts also include former professional and collegiate athletes.

Founder
Robin Colangelo
Robin has over 20 years of experience training youth and adult athletes. She was a two-sport Division 1 athlete in Volleyball and Softball.

Erika Davitch
Erika has experience in figure competitions and nutrition plan development.

Her range of specialties includes adult training and nutrition plans, weight management, HIIT, and bodybuilding.

Ronel Branch
Ronel has experience in team sports including baseball, basketball, and football.

Performance Coach
Jordan Stewart, MS, LAT, ATC
Jordan has 18 years of experience in taekwondo. She has also worked with football at the University of Richmond and baseball at George Mason University.

Her specialties include injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Performance Coach
Richard Ortiz
Rich Ortiz has experience in team sports including baseball, wrestling, and football. Varsity Assistant Baseball and Wrestling Coach at Hylton High School. He is a two-time Division-2 Mountain East Conference champion while playing baseball.

Rich specializes in speed and agility training, strength training, and sports performance.

General Manager
Kristina Fies
Kristina has experience in track and field and softball, having competed at the NY State Regionals and State levels. Kristina served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst for 10 years.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with talented staff. She loves seeing the focus and drive the athletes have as they reach their goals. She hopes to make every athlete feel welcomed and important!

Performance Coach
Wil Schoonover
Wil has experience in team sports including football, wrestling, and baseball. He was a former West Virginia University Football Strength and Conditioning Intern and Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Intern from 2021-2023.
- BA of Science in Coaching and Performance Science, Emphasis of Study in Strength and Conditioning
- Obtaining NSCA CSCS certification
Wil specializes in strength and conditioning, mobility, and speed/agility training as well as sports performance and weight lifting.

Ana has experience playing collegiate soccer at Bridgewater University.
