For athletes beginning their fitness journey or getting back into it after a prolonged break, we work with our youngest clients to improve all-around athletic performance.

Athlete Performance 2

Our ALL NEW format is allowing for greater individualization and advanced training. The Athletes Addiction Workout App allows them to progress at their own pace while under close supervision of our certified training team.

For those wanting an extra boost with their workouts, we offer private training with our coaches. These one-on-one sessions with athletes provide them with a customized program and nutrition plan.

Small Group & Team Training

Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Power

What EVERY ATHLETE NEEDS! Work with our trainers to create or improve your performance. We offer 3 levels of SAQP classes, with each level becoming more advanced and requiring more efficient recovery periods! Our staff will help determine the level that’s right for you!

Online Training

We offer sessions with this option for those unable to leave home or make it to our facility. Continue training online and benefit from customized guidance and nutritional coaching. All we need to know is equipment access and we’ll take it from there.
